companies do a criminal background check and your arrest record comes up? i applied for a job and they went back 15 years and brought up stuff from when i was in high school. 90% of the charges were dropped from plea bargains and one of them was dismissed completely but yet it shows up in a background check? why bother plea bargaining if they are gonna still see your complete arrest record and even bring up dismissed cases when u apply for a job?

When you were charged were you a juvie.If you were charged as a adault all charges no matter if reduced will still show up.If you were a juvie it should not be there.
It used to be that you did your time and no trouble getting a job.With all of the holier than though people now you are just screwed.OPH
