Hello everyone.

Im sure this question has been asked a million times but what constitutes a warrant for arrest or to search a house. Or in general.


Basically im "under the radar" as of now, possibly. I dont sell or anything, i stick to myself for the most part. Ill socially smoke but im not producing for my city. Im just growing to smoke for myself so i dont have to deal with shady drug deals, and i can save myself a buck, and i can have some clean weed(sativa too)
So anyway thats my backround and i only stated that so it would be noted that the cops aren't looking for me specificly im just another guy so my arrest would be very unlikly.

But this thread was made for the event of the unlikly. I heard a story of a kid who tried to by embalming fluid on ebay or somethig like that(for those of you that dont no its the main ingridient for some real hard drugs: forgot which i think its pcp or meth)
But anyway him pressing the purchase button is what caused him to get arrested. I buy some of my equipment online, bongs, papers all that junk and some lights. Would this be enough for them to get a search warrant on my house? If they ever suspected me?

All the police need is probable cause to get a search warrent.It must be based on fact,either a felon is present or a crime has been commited.There is another type of warrent that can be issued if the police know a crime is going to be commited.OPH

Im pretty sure all they need is sight or smell, which both can be lied about

I think the pigs got more to worry about than some dude buying 1.25 papers and a glass pipe. They need PC like old pothead stated. Buying a light or nutes online doesnt add up to PC all in itself. Now combine it with "being under the radar" and getting busted smoking, selling and that shit all adds up.

But anyway that sucks cops are bastards though, I found out though that if you show them all your knowyerrights/cops 101 they really take it easy on you. They get almost scarred cause they think you some how know they didn't read the hand book and you did. SCORE ONE FOR US. You get the blank face but still pissed off anger your going down town look
