Can some of the experienced stoners here please help me out by answering my question?

I'm flying from San Francisco (SFI) to Pennsylvania (PHL) then to Baltimore (BWI) in about a week or so, and I've been smoking (hotboxing) some sour diesel about once a week.

My question is: could I get busted for anything (like if I came across a sniffing dog at one of the airports) if I last smoke 4 days before the flight? What are the odds of it happening and what would happen to me if I were busted?

My record's clean and I really want to keep it that way. Thanks guys!

it all depends man do u fly often ? what do u look like?(not being gay), how much u planning on doing, who you flying with , but u should just say not do it.

Are you asking if you can be arrested just for smelling like pot?

You are safe unless you have stash on your person. You Can Not be busted for smoking five minutes before you go to the airport! Get really stoned before you board the flight you will enjoy the trip better and you can NOT be busted. If someone says your eyes are red tell them you been crying because you got some shit in you r eyes! Dont trip! You can only be busted if you have shit on you!

i guess its good to be cautious but NO , i dont even think in sum half assed backwards country they could do sumthin , u might get sum noses turned up at u , maybe get asked to be searched ( so keep the kinky shit in the suitcase to a minimum too huh ! haha .

Annnd...to clarify, my original thought was that smelling like pot could somehow be probable cause for a drug test, and to my knowledge there are certainly tests that can detect substance presence in your bloodstream/lipids.

So guys, would it be safe to assume that there's no way I can get busted if I toke a day or two in advance as long as I don't carry any pot with me to the airport (even if sniffer dogs detect a bit on me)?

either that or your boss somehow found ur posts and scheduled a piss test the day you got back , blaming you for negligence and now ur stuck in a holdin cell with sum big dude whos got bubba tattoo'd on his forehead.
If you ask me i find the fact the drug tests can tell u i was smokin last month( year officially) but i coulda been on sum hardcore class a melt ur mind what did i do , how did i get here shit just the other day and they would not find a trace.
It sucks ass in a plungerous fashion!
