so the landlords commin pretty soon im a lil nervous if she finds the room lol. any suggestions on wut to do if she finds it? lol
i was thinking of runnin all the shit to the neighbours if it came down to her finding it if she wont take a payoff. but even still with the equipment and stuff moved would she be able to call the cops and would she have a strong case? could the cops get a warrant for the neighbours house? any thoughts? The Landlady is put in a bad situation once she sees anything suspicious. If she sees it, and doesn't report anything, she has now conspired to grow, where the house/property may be sought to be seized. Get the shit out, some veg. or flower plants could replace the other shit, giving reason to have grow shit. If the shit was taken to the Neighbors, what would be the connection to give probable cause? There HAS to be something that would have the Law to legally/logically assume that shit was transferred. Leave no trail. Best to get ALL the shit out, mop floors with orange oil, that shit smells good & strong. 1/4th cup per gal. Play it safe..., always.

DONT LET HER SEE!!!!! she owns the house, she could stand right there while she calls the fuzz and wait for them to arrive. then what do you do? get that shit out of there along with any traces.
if you must grow in an rented property, do so in a grow tent. your landlord can open any door/room they wish to. they cannot look into your growtent. |

So What happened... I grew 8 plants in a studio apartment closet here in Cali in my younger days it can be done. Never EVER let your landlord/landlady into your apartment.

what would make you say such a thing? you dont have the option, its thier house! if you refuse to let them in they come directly back with the cops and find out why.
