Do police keep notes on certain individuals so when the run a backround check they see these notes?

Ive noticed that ive come into confrontation with the police a good number of times and everytime ive been let off.
Ive never be arrested and dont have any criminal record.

But whats strange is I got pulled over the other day and I got the bad cop part of the act. The officer was acting tough and all telling me im in alot of trouble and all. Then he went back to the car and ran my information and pulled me out of the car and started saying "look im not a dick or anything im just helping here'.

It might be that since I seem to be the only one in town who hasn't adopted this NWA "fuck the police" attitude all cops are the worst enemy, they might recognize that and thats what sets me free.

Idk though its funny. This isnt' the first time its happened though.


I must say though there not punishing me actually turns out to be way more effective. I find myself lucky, the days are brighter and I even took hold of a faith again.

no i dont think they keep side notes but they do look at ur record to see ur priors sometimes even for a speeding ticket they might look at ur record and if u dont have anything on ur record give u a warning so

They keep somthing on you cause I've never been locked up but when they pulled up my name when I was in the backseat it said that I was a suspicous person lol

Every time law enforcement has contact with you and it rises to the level of the officer getting your ID and running your name, a notation is made even if nothing happened to you.
