Ok so here is the deal - I need to get a good job. I've smoked for 3 years everyday 2-3 times a day. I know its gonna take me longer to clean out than the weekend pot smoker but how long? And any ways that speeds up the process I'd like to know as well.

THC stores in fat I know - and that excercising is probably the best way of releasing it quicker but I figure its gonna be at least a month just sitting back and not smoking or being around it. Whats everybody's advice?

If you need shorter notice, there are some things you can drink that will effectively block out the THC in the urine. Of course this doesn't detox you and I dunno how reliable it is... but you can try.

yea if u are taking a piss test at least a month u take some niacin to help flush ur system but that will give u a rash and make u feel hot or even still when u take ur test u can use fruit pectin if u need more info on that pm me and if u taking a hair test there is no way around it u just need to be clean really i have bought the special shamppos and everything they now wash ur hair now b4 they test it good luck

ya about a month and you should be fine but just in case when i was younger i would invest $35 for the over the counter drug test to make sure that i was clean before the big test.

1 month out of system for sure for piss test, if testing hair another story most pre employment tests are piss tests though and you can also go to GNC and get Puri Blend detox tea follow the directions worked for me twice...passed tests after smoking just a couple days before.

this is false. well the first sentence anyway. it depends entirely on your body weight, frequency of use, and the type of test they give you. i was an everyday smoker for 12 years until about 3 months ago. it took me the better part of 2 1/2 months to get clean with exercise daily. i'm 6' 4" and 290 lbs. they can detect it in your urine up to 90 days if you used daily and are a fat ass like me

if u really want to make sure u can buy a self test at drug stores and prob walmart for 15 bucks u can make sure u will pass

I heard pectin works at the time, but it preserves the thc in your blood cells...taking longer to clean out. Atleast that is what a hippy workin at a headshop told me.

All right, here is my two cents man.
First and foremost, drink a lot of cranberry juice. Two reasons, cranberry juice is a diuretic and it also makes you body more aicidic (the metabolites of marijuana are destroyed in an acidic environment).

Instead of chugging the shit out of water to cleanse your body, drink gatorade/powerade. Energy supplements along the lines of gatorade will dilute your urine while allowing your body to retain its normal amounts of minerals, vitamins, etc.

A little thought of mine has always been to pick up some creatine (any kind, from somewhere like GNC). When you dilute your body (hence your urine), you flush a lot of the creatinine out of your body (protein from eating red meat), and if the job does a more advanced drug test it would be easy to tell that you had just flushed your body beforehand. So by replinishing your creatine and other various minerals, vitamine, amino acids, etc. you'll have a higher chance of passing.

I have also heard that using aspirin before a test makes like a few hour window of opportunity by interfering with the EMIT assay for a drug test (I don't really have proof if this works or not, but worth a try).

But anyways, you have a month that you can abstain and hopefully clear your body without diluting your urine... but I figured I'd give you a couple of tips.

I have been smoking for since i was 13 most days and am now 22 i had to do a piss test for a new job and was able to flush my self in 2 weeks by.

Running or going for a walk most days, drinking a shit load of water and Chinese green tea.

Also i bought a load of piss tests online to test my self which really helped.
