Not really sure what you want to know. If your asking about what states are legal and not. Best place to go is NORML.com. They have the complete list of whom is legal and who is not. If your asking about a vote in New York, There were not any amendments up for vote. Michigan did and it passed but am not sure of the details. Hope this helps.
