is practice the only reliable way of determining how to properly heat your smuggled-in clean urine sample?

any ideas on not having to actually measure the sample's temp? is the inner thigh method reliable?

The inner-thigh method has worked for me every time! Last time I did it I just wore compression shorts and put the bottle right up against my taint/against the backside of my sack. If you put it there a few hours before your test you should be fine. I suppose if you're really worried about it not being warm enough you could just put it in the night before and sleep with it on your inner thigh. It would definitely be warm enough by the time you woke up. Good luck!
