With my new current set up, I can have a SOG style grow and harvest 16 plants every 2 weeks. But with 6 mothers under a 400 MH in veg, 16 rooting clones and 16 vegging clones under a 216 watt 4 tube t5 fixture and finally moved under a 1000 HPS with a full capacity of 64 flowering plants in 6inch square 1 gallon containers. For now I only harvest 4 plants every 2 weeks and give them another 2 weeks in veg under the 400 MH. Im right at my limit now and am perfectly legal. I just dont know if I have the balls to grow that many plants. Im guessing I would get about 8 oz's every 2 weeks at least. And right now anyway Im a toatal newb to cloning. Ive never made any and I barely know how to work my oasis cubes and humidity dome and standing water tray. So basically I have all the equipment to do this just zero experience
But my original question was if it was just a rumor that over 100 plants in california is a federal offense and how would it be prosecuted? To harvest 16 plants I would need to have 102 plants in my house.

Its a federal offense to have any plants, Now in Caly it's not illegal but you have to hide them away from the Big Brother still. Thats what I have been told and heard from everybody.

102 plants = 5 years mandatory minimum + time for any criminal history + whatever other charges you get every plant is counted as 100 grams no matter if it is a sprout grow less and work on increasing your yield by growing a different strain or adjusting growing method at least split the plants up at different locals

Yeah, its no big deal. It definately isnt worth 5 years thats for sure. And is that the federal minimum? Looks like 4 plants every other week that keeps it all legal. Iwould give them 2 weeks rooting, 2 weeks veg under t5 and an extra 2 weeks under the 400 MH before flowering. That should give me some 3 foot+ plants that can of course be lollipoped if outward branching is an issue. Im lookin at maby 1 zip to 3/4 per plant minimum. or maby even more the thing is I have no SOG experience just the 3 harvests and the equipment. Heres my standard closet.

Over 99 plants is a mandatory 5 year minimum with the feds. Make sure that you get rid of all your clippings because I was down with a guy who had clippings and male plants counted that he had ripped from his garden after sexing them, but they were in a trash can on his property so he got hit for those and that put him over the 100 mark. Remember LE are dirty.

WOW 5 years!! you just convinced me of not expanding mine. I will have under 60 and was thinking of going bigger as i dialed in my grow. Fuck that!!! i am not in it to get rich and being a white collar guy with no record i would like to keep my risk down. At the Norml site they are saying 16 to 30 or so months for cultivation in Cal but if the feds have a mandatory sentence no way Jose I am just fine.

keep it under 99 Cali law says no limit (there was a court ruling or so it says on Norml website)
