just wondering, if you get caught with 1 or 2 clones in Canada would you get charged with cultivation or possession?

its kinda "fallen" i mean if you get caught with and ounce or less and are nice to the cops you will most likely be let off with a fine, but im not sure what they would do about a plant or 2

poccession in Canada isn't that serious, If there's evidence off trafficing you will be arrested.But i know this guy about 3-4 weeks ago he was coming home and was caught with a fresh oz ziploc in his pocket, the cops just confiscated it,nd let him off.just dont get caught with baggies!

They don't really care about a few plants...... In Ontario the cops are tougher then lets say Quebec.. but anywhere in Canada, getting popped with some plants "might" cost you the same as a 100mph speeding ticket would cost..
