not there, but porno shops and adult bookstores are great places to get your smoke related swag. The ones here sell Salvia and other legal smokes.

Sadly the law in your fucked up state is what got Tommy Chong busted.
it seems it is not legal to ship a bong into PA. but PA glass shops can produce them and ship them where ever they want. it is known as having the local government jack the competition so you can grow.
