get an attorney buddy, and hopefully you have a clean record. If its clean then you will probably get a sentence that will be far less. Man i know its hind sight but thats why i personally preached on here to threads related to starting grows in apartments was just an aweful idea. TOO many variables out of your hand. I guess that means nothing now, but dont skip town that will make it worst. Dont talk to the cops w/out your lawyer and demand that you want to speak to an attorney and not to them. Cops are cunning man, they will back you into a corner and sometimes we wont see it coming from a legality point of view. LAWYER. good luck

if tyhe cops took the plants and did not cuff you then most likely you wont hear back did they photograph everything?

Look to all of you that don't know what your facing before you start something this it the time to check yourself. I just recently got done with almost 8 years in the federal system and I'm here to tell you that if you are doing something that you know is against the law then you better know what your facing when $hit goes down. You need to immerse yourself in the laws concerning what you are doing in the state you live in and also federal law. Don't be one of the countless people who learn about the law after they already got you in their clammy hands. How many of you know the state or federal mandatory minimums for how many plants you grow? Or what it takes to charge you with conspiracy and how much time that carries? My advice would be to talk to a couple of attorneys before you start anything and tell them your doing research for a college report.
