    Default advise on Pro Grow 180

    I have just started my first grow ever and I am useing a pro grow 180. The question that I have is about the different switches for vegging and flowering. The only grow journals I have read seemed to use both wave lengths for most of the grow. I have seedling under both spectrums at about 16 inches and they look happy so far. Any input would be aprecated. Thanks

    The blue is for veg. Put them both on for flowering. I like my PG180
