Help with LED grow lights

Hi mats i'm a couple issues with my next growing i after searching a lot(really xD) i though it would be better to ask for help

I wanna go hydro and led, and about the hydro i already know what im gonna do but my thing it's with the lights.. I was thinking about buy 2 of this http://www.mauser.pt/catalog/product...ducts_id=54660 and 2 of this http://www.mauser.pt/catalog/product...ducts_id=54659 and put them in a wooden plank or something so i could adjust the height.

The thing is that i saw in some sites that many of the leds won't work for growing weed and that the better "combination" would be 2 strips of blue light, 2 strips red light and one of orange light (which i can't find).

I was also thinking of putting one cfl to put some heat in the closet and help with the light
And keep in mind that i have 300€ budget including the hydro system and the closet that i still have to build xD and sorry for any noobiness but the growing community in Portugal it's very low but rising

if you only have that much to spend go CFL. you will be sorely disappointed with those LEDs (probably wouldnt work at all)

yeah that's why i wanted your help cuz there's not much people i can ask for help
