Default Chinese 288x3W LED grow lamp came with broken LEDs

What's up to this Chinese 288x3W LED panel?
I was not going to buy any LED lamps from outside my boundary.
    But that guy selling the lamp at Ali-express said it was 15 wavelengths includes UV 380-400nm, 400-410nm,IR 730-740nm, 740-760nm, Warm white 2700-3000K, 4500K, Neutral White 5000-6000K, Cool White 8000-14000K and 16000-18000K, Blue 430-440nm,460-470nm,Red 630-640nm, 640-650nm,660-670nm, Orange 610-615nm, 288pcs 3W LEDs, actual draw 550W.
I was definitely attempted and then pulled the trigger on 23th, May, it cost me 458$ with extra 138$ shipping to Canada.
It came last week but it was not until last night then I unpacked the box and turned it on.
It seemed there were some LEDs not on, I took my sun glass to have a close look at it, there were really 8 LEDs dark. Just shot an email to that guy sold the lamp to me. As my 3 mother plants are now ready to clone, cannot wait any more.....

Hi, Jubiare, I am definitely 100 per cent sure they are not UV LEDs, there are 6 units UV LEDs at the row 6th and 8th. I am still keeping the LED arrangement picture he sent me while we were discussing about the spectrum ratio.
I checked the picture again, it seems they broken LEDs are those 6 units IR LEDs and 2 units orange 610nm LEDs.
    Still waiting for his reply.....

The 380-420nm area will appear to be a dim purple color, and anything from 700-750nm will appear super dim red, and it cannot be seen when the other bright LEDs are on.

500-600nm is what's brightest to the human eye, and as you exceed beyond those colors towards 400nm and 700nm, the light gets dimmer as far as our vision is concerned.

Ya, here, i post the configuration picture. The dark LEDs are those IR and two orange LEDs, they are really invisible, i just took the glass and have a very very careful look at it.

I paid 3 times the price for that much power... I had bad luck with cheap lights and not much you can do when you got it from China. If my light was to fail, I have a 5 years warranty and the company is in Canada, no hassles . Good luck

Aliexpress is just a trading portal such as eBay, it is not a merchant of any kind
