    should i get them?

    I have a 400 watt mh light system but the plants are still in the seedling stage.
    would it be worth my while to buy these and sell the mh set up i have?

    It says its 100 watt, im growing 3 plants. would that be enough led light?

    I assume you just want a veg light, because the panel you link to looks white/blue with no reds.

    If the plants are really small, maybe. But if you plan on vegging them for a month or more, they will get too big for that little 100 watt to cover adequately. It would not compare at all to that 400w MH in any case because while it say 100w, it is probably pulling less.
