    start with some t5,s man there pretty cheap just the fixture is exspensive.....
    or just go the cheap way and daisy chain some cfl,s daylight spectrum or mix it up with some warm ones also to kind of get a full spectrum.....

    yup as long as its the right kind of light. and thats good for around 10 plants
