Default Newbie from Texas saying hello

I have been lurking around this site for a week or so, and am glad to have finally found a place that seems to have been put here as a place where growers, both novice and pro, can get together and exchange information and support. I have been playing around with growing for a long time, but never seriously. I am in a place now where I can try and do it right. Or at least as right as I can get it. No more bag seeds !!! I finally got some seeds from Amsterdam. Not sure what they are(thats another story) but from all indications, the ONE seed that sprouted is indica and is doing quite well. I wish everyone the best of luck with their "homegrown"
