    Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I am medicinal user, epilepsy and arthritis (AS), and have fiinally decided to grow my own medicine. Thank you all for the input and advice.

    What helps you if you don't mind answering.
    You are the first person who I know of that has epilepsy and uses Cannabis.

    By Step-Dad was epileptic. I went through several seizures with him.

    Thanks. Sorry to hear about your step dad, watching someone have a seizure is horrible. I mainly medicate for the arthritis pain. But since using cannabis on a more consitant basis I have cut my seizure medication from 1500mg to 500mg and I have been siezure free for 10 years.

    i was diagnosed with epilepsy at 14 ... 46 grand mal and 117 petit mal to date

    I feel for you, thats alot of episodes. I was diagnosed at 16, 23 grand mal and unkown petit mal. First time I was driving a golf cart, I seized floored the gas and slammed into a parking lot light pole. I got all jacked up. Good luck to you.
