    starting first grow of widow,getting ready to put in tent under 600 watt. Euro grower was told that half hour on two hours off was good timming please reasure me,please give advise.

    you can leave the light on 24hours for veg cycle if you really want to , but i like to use 18/6, then when i flower i use 12/12
