Definitely! Downtown Iowa City has bands come in pretty frequently, both for the community and UIowa. Haven't caught a show in a while though. Typically on Friday nights you stand on one of the Ped Bridges over the river and listen to all of the house bands playing around campus, beats echoing everywhere.

Pretty girls- yes.
