Hello RIU I have been running around here with out posting just enjoy reading and checking out all the great green around here but its about time I posted. I am hoping to start my first grow now that I am going to school and have been laid off money is hard to come by. Buying bags that are over priced and under weight has taken me to the limit and I broke down and decided enough is enough.

My overall plan is to have a small personal grow just enough to keep me and the roommate smoking dank green with out a shortage. I would say me and my roommate can avg about 1 8th every 2-3 days that makes about 2oz every month. I want to start off small so that I can get a handle on things before moving to something more complicated. I also need to figure out what kind of scale this would be to avg the 2oz a month.

I am sure like every newbie I will be asking a few questions here and there but I do know how to use the search tool and don't mind reading.

What I was thinking about starting with is 4 Indica plants under a 250w hps in soil. I would like to use 3 boxes for the 1 or 2 mother's and vegging/flowing. I will be building my own boxes once I figure out what sizes I need to have.

Well I am going to go read some more and try to figure out what size of grow op this will turn out to be.
