Hey guys and gals. Just wanted to introduce myself. This is my second grow. The first time around didnt go so well. Well i got from start to finish which is better than some can expect however i didnt manage my temp humidity and watering very well which resulted in a really stunted female that produced bud that was weak. And thats being nice. This second go around i fixed all those problems and know the plant is proper. Both plants in the picture are the same strain (carmalicious) grown from seedling from the same time. I should have kept a journal on it but i think i sprouted them around Jan/Feb. The tall one is confirmed female, but the shorter one is stuck in Veg growth. I changed the light cycle a bit prematurely when i noticed the tall one was showing her sex. I changed the light cycle and i think but cannot confirm that was the culprit causing the shorter plant to get stuck in veg? I dunno im sure someone here can solve the mystery. I noticed and changed the cycle about 2 weeks ago. Temp is 77 and Hum 50. Good chemistry, with the plants nice and green showing no signs of stress. Aside from the mystery grunt this has been a fantastic grow. And oh yes the reason i chose the LED was...well i had the money and i have heat issues. With no easy inexpensive way to keep that area cool i chose to go with LED and it has paid off. It was cheaper for me to pay extra on the light rather than having to buy a separate cooling unit and paying high costs to cool and to light the place with the HID's. May not be as effective however im not running a biz so it works well for me. Thoughts comments?
