I transplanted a plant today and know it looks odd. It has dried out spots on it's fan leaves and lists to one side. I cut off the effected leaves but other than that I'm stumped. Any pro help out there?

if all it had was spots on the leaves you should not have cut it. You should only cut fan leaves if they are almost completley dead because they give off energy and promote growth in the plant. Once you know they are actually dead clip em because they draw energy from other leaves at that point to try and keep themselves alive and slowly stunt growth
