so i was recommended to icmag.com but i havent been accepted to post and i signed up like a week ago =/ so maybe this site is cool too anyways ive been smoking a while now and now im being tested. long story short im not in legal trouble and the person is getting cheap testers from walmart. i want to know how long itll take to flush out my system if i drink about 10 bottles a day and working out prolly an hour, i have a VERY fast metabolism (very very) i DO NOT want to give up weed im sure you all can understand. also with my fast metabolism would any of those weird drinks clear/cover my system in a day?

Hydration is the key to passing urine analysis. Drink at least 1/2 gal or 64 oz of water 1 hour prior to the test. It can be any assortment of liquids, just add it up. If you don't need to fool a lab test, then all you need is to drink enough water until your urine is pale to clear(over hydrated).

Some suggest saunas and exercise. I suggest the exact opposite, keeping your fat where it's at. If you burn fat that'll release toxins into your system. Lack of carbs, getting a massage, and exercise are the major ways of releasing toxins from stored fat when it's usually 'burned up'. But simply working/massaging the muscles, and essentially the layers of fat under the skin can increase the metabolites that are tested for in urine(from the blood) and increase risk of positive results.

yea just drink alot of water to dillute your urine... if its for a job i always use sythetic piss, it works great!

You want to piss before you piss. Unless you're absolutely sure you're pissing 'blanks', don't piss in the cup.

Basically know your urine. If you start pissing in the cup and it's too dark, 'accidentally' drop the cup into the toilet.

This usually only happens if you've eaten. You can easily fail having a full stomach. And having the water get trapped there instead of being pissed out. Otherwise most people can piss about 10 minutes after drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach. 30 minutes after drinking 64 oz... you'll be begging to piss.

also my friend get 2 boxes of certo and puts them in gatorade and drinks them, he says in 2 hours he passes test, but its like 5 bucks a box and idk when my tests r gonna be so it would suck to pay 10 buck every time i toke
