So its my first grow and ive done good i think. i need to know how to flower my damn things. i have it on a 24/0 cycle but before i change it i kinda wanted to know how to start it. ive looked and read and get side tracked but i think its simple question. ty iluv this site

Turn your timers to 12 on 12 off and there you go, no light interuptions, very important.

i think i need a light timer. so i can get a steady time set. what about nutes? do i need to increase during flower stage?

You need to go to a barnes and nobles and buy a basic book on growing, like Jorge Cervantes indoor outdoor Medical Bible.
Now then, yes you need nutes in veg that are high in nitrogen and in 12/12 you need nutes that are high in P~K. Fox Farm Grow big for veg and Fox farm tiger bloom for flowering, get them online.

Hey and welcome to the site from a fellow texan and vet. If you would like some input on your grow feel free to hit me up anytime with the details and I can give you some input. I've done it all from startin out with potting soil and some CFL's in a box, to a DWC grow in a closet with a 150w HPS, to now a 20 site DWC with 4 600w HPS/MH, and I owe all the knowledge I've gained mainly to this site.

i'm in the same boat, long time smoker first time grower!!! you can pretty much find all info in the FAQ or just search for post... they probably have all answers you need without posting... but i like taking a look at people's pictures... so go ahead and start a journal or something, and then people will let you know (through the pics and descriptions) what problems you might be having or what recommendations based on their experience they can give you!!!
Cool book THE marijuana GROWERS GUIDE By Mel Frank and Ed Rosenthan, you can find it online on a .pdf

ty for yalls inputs. ive been a member for a while just navigating through all the threads can be time consuming. I think i may have the most ghetto grow set up. ill post pics when i can. it took me less than 20 bucks to start.lol
