hello all,im new to this so need some good info,its my first grow and i have 4 cheese cutting,in rock wool.
i have a hydro 4 pot drip wilma system that holds forty litres of water.
and a 1sq meter grow tent with a 400w grow lux light.
so how much nutes do i need to put,and how often?
all so how long shall i leave the drip system on?ive been told 15 mins three times a day.
and whats this 20 20 20 thing mean?
the nutes i have at the moment is ionic hydro grow hw is this anygood?
ive been told i should put in about 5 ml/litre of hydro grow.
well thats it as u can see im proppa pickled by all this,so hit me back with some info please. peace

I don't do hydro so nute schedules is not in my scope..20-20-20 is a basic walmart./ hardware veg nute.. I used this for years but it is strong and I don't think for hydro .Nutes are on a N P K basic nute ingredients (there are micro/macro too, but for more advanced). for veg usually N will be higher and for flower P higher..but as I said I've NO hydro knowledge... I'm sure some here will help soon... luck.

Sounds like you put the cart before the horse big time sorry i cant help with hydro nutes .. But 20-20-20 refers to 20%nitrogen-20%phosphate-20%potassium this formula is like the starting point for basic plant food . Each plant variety will need different %s of each. Same goes for different times in a plants life i.e. Sprouts can live on water alone and its trace minerals larger vegging plants need more food and when a plant produces fruit or flowers it may need even more and different %s . Read the faq on riu it has tons of info i will help if i can though!

thanks mate so how do i get this 20 20 20 mix i just dont get it,i have all this ionic hydro grow hw is this th 20 20 20 stuff?
and when people say i should feed 3 times a day how do i do that thanks alot mate as u can c im useless.peace

and can i grow more than 4 plants in 1sq meter?

i think you really need to read the grow faq!!! tons of info more than you will ever need!!
