Hi all,

I guess I wanted to say 'hi' and maybe eventually make some aquaintences / build some friendships in my area.

I live in the Philadelphia suburbs and without going into great detail it's been a rough road for me personally of late. One of the hardest things was that my best friend passed away recently (2 months ago).

He was my only friend, and likewise my only 'cohort' in the scene. I'm 36, married to a woman who until recently didn't appreciate what I've been going through nor did she approve of my 'use'. Also I work in an environment that really doesn't lend itself well to discussion of this sort so I'm kinda my own island, and in more ways than one it's getting very lonely

Anyhow, it would be nice to build a repoire with anyone local, if for no other reason than to talk because frankly even talking is better than nothing right now for me.
