Hey guys, stoked that i found this site, glad to be here!
I have a little problem...my uncle gave me seeds of his plants that are from the 70's, he got them while traveling through india ...the seeds i have are from his plants that he grew last year, first crop in 30+ yrs from seeds 30+ years n still good! the prob is his plants were chronic n purple, but only a foot high max, all one purple bud...so i have planted some behind my house, n they are growing like mad, but i cant let them get big or my neighbours will see them over my fence lol, thought they would all be 1 foot tall lol...in australia we are just coming into summer, so they wont flower for at least 3 months i think or longer, but they are growing so fast that by then the neighbours will see em n i will be in trouble lol....so should i tie them down or what? i can upload pics 2morrow so u see what i mean..one plant has grown over 10cm in the last week! n i thought they would only get to a foot tall lol...

sounds like its gonna be hard keeping them to 1 foot, but do what you've got to do, tie em down top them and there is a product to keep them small think its called bushmaster, not sure how well it works outside though.

thanks cookin, i can let them get to about 4 feet max i guess, was just thinking they would be 1 foot lol, but these seem like plants that want to get to 10 feet at the rate they are growing ...so i guess ill tie them down, not much else i can do except dig a hole to put them in? n keep digging as they grow lol...tallest plant is 2 feet tall, n less then 2 months old, so in 3 4 or 5 months, dont know how tall it will get!
grown plants many times b4, but never plants that grow this fast!
btw, newby question, where can i upload pics? im guessing im in the wrong place, introduce yourself lol...but i will upload pics n stuff if i know where too lol...
