hello everyone. i would like to know if anyone would know of any kinds of pot that help anxiety etc. i have a severe panic disorder problem and i have a hard time smoking pot alot of the time and im wondering if anyone knows of a certain kind or something that has a more sedative effect etc. i have found some kinds that seem to make me feel ok when i smoke it and other kinds will make me have severe panic attacks. i dont want to hear anything about i shouldnt be smoking if i have panic attacks though lol. im aware that it can be bad for people like me but i have smoked my entire life before i even got the panic attacks and i still enjoy it when i find the right stuff so any help would be great. thanks alot..

indicas will give you more of a sedtive effect. On the seedbanks they give let you know how much of a plant is indica/sativa, go for for plants on the indica side.
