Hi there I'm new to the forum, but not new to growing. Or at least I thought I wasn't until I started reading a bunch of the articles posted here. Quite frankly I thought I was just going to get a couple half relevant grow tips until I read a bunch and realized how arrogant I had been.
I had done some small scale growing in the past then joined the USMC, quit the game for a number of years until that period of my life ended. Think like I joined Clinton's corps planning on feeding skinny Africans and ended up in Bush's corps shooting at skinny Iraqis. Obviously when I got out I wanted to smoke a bit of the imported again, and lately I've been frustrated with the price/quality available locally. I decided it was time to grow again, and joined this little community to optimize my situation.
I plan on using a pretty substandard grow room (due to my living situation/budget) and delving into the realm of hydroponics. I recently ordered a prefab kit from stealth hydroponics as it seemed like I could put it together pretty easily, and the kit seemed appropriate for the very small scale I had planned. I am aware that this company has gotten some very poor reviews on their customer service end, but they said they'd ship it in 2 to 5 business days and now on the tail end of 5 days they have given me a fed ex conformation number (telling me to expect it on Tuesday). Later tonight I plan on ordering some feminized white widow seeds and when they get here I plan on starting a fairly detailed grow journal.
I would appreciate anyone who likes helping people a little spacey to comment on sed journal, and advice as I go along.

I am an army alumnus with southeast asia as my resime, so I know the need to smoke again. Overthere is not the place to imbibe ,, with pisstests and the rags tryin to off your sweet ass. I had gooks to contend with but the herb was fuking outstanding! if you were a poor enlisted type you could score a lid for one amer.dollar, and a key went for 20.00 mpc!! or 10.00 amer. opium to sweeten the pipe cost between 7 and 10 amer. for a half oz. a great place to get loaded if it werent for the activities one had to deal with in the real .
