Default Big bud telltale cropping signs

Hi
Are there any experienced big bud growers out there that that can help me on on this. This is my first crop and its all fine and dandy, been in the tanks for 45 days, 35 days in bloom. They are now very sticky and sparkle like a room full of stars. Obviously i want to get the best out of the crop so if anybody has any tips or what signs that i should be looking for to tell me when to crop it would be a great help.

Get a 30x jewelers loop(a magnifying glass) and look at the trichomes, they are probably still clear, when they are all milky and starting to turn amber its time to harvest
