Default Anyone use Flash in CS3?

Just wanting to know if anyone knows an action script to stream audio or video into a flash document/swf file. Stream from an outside source, like a different server.
The goal is to avoid the swf file itself to be higher than 40K, If I put the audio file direct inot the swf file it makes the file around 200K. The audio file is a compressed mp3 at 5.3 megs.

try to convert the mp3 to a lower bit rate

That might help you achieve the 40k file limitation
