i took a few graphic design classes in school it was a small part of my degree program, i went for computer networking and web design, i mainly took computer networking courses and i took some web design courses like animation and photo editing , im pretty good with photo shop and dreamweaver just from playin around with my own creations, but i been trying out this adobe ilustrator program i didnt take any courses in this because this was more for people who were focused on media design., does anyone know how to use this? i just started playing with it, its really not like photoshop, i picked that up pretty fast, i been havin problems makin anything with illustrator, i was always into drawing when i was a kid i wanted to try this out but i been having problems learning this one on my own, anyone know of any good places to start like tutorial sites or good books, all the ones i found were still kind of for people who already knew what they were doin i cant get beyond making a few colored squares and circles

Illustrator PWNS! And yes I use it. Questions? well its not the easiest program but you can do cool stuff with it for sure. Mostly a vector based program BUT you can draw up some stuff to look "real"
