A humidity and temperature gauge are essential in any growroom. Daytime conditions should be 70-80 degrees without co2, 80-90 degrees with co2 until the last two weeks when daytime temps should be kept between 70-80 and co2 can be reduced to adjust for the lower metabolism. Night temperatures should be kept above 60 degrees to prevent stress. It is preferrable during flowering to have a night temperature drop of 10-20 degrees to stimulate flowering hormones and reduce stem elongation.

Mogie i know this ,usally im in a cab day temps80-85 night temps60-70,but i had to move my grow to a friends unheated basement,I really dont want to use a space heater at night because of extra cost, spaceheater on low uses over 600watts thats as much light as im running,i know if They start too strech too much i wont have a choice.my strains are nlxbb, bubble gum,and ak48.PS i usally dont get much strech at all i use a hortilux bulb with cool-tube so canapy is about 5"from bulb.Mogie thanks for your reply.
