A suggestion. And a question? Is the whole room concrete?
The suggestion. Assuming a concrete room you will probably want to mount some other thing besides a light. They make several different types of fasteners you can use in concrete. If you are going to fasten anything else to the walls you may want to consider mounting a few wolmanized boards to the concrete. Concrete has a low 'R' value. Heat and cold could be a problem.

There are wall taps that basically you drill a pilolet hole in the concrete then you screw the hanger bolt it to the sleeve.Easiest way would be to buy a bang stick which has a .22 caliber shell that drives a special nail into the concrete. Use this to fasten a 2x4 to the ceileing in the center of the grow area. Thjis gives you abiliity to move light or add lights with just simple hooks. The bang stick looks like a slide hammer with an orange hanlde. You slide the nail into the barrel tip insert the shel into the breach slide closed put it where you want the nail and then hit the top with a hammer explodeing the shell driving the nail into the concrete. These are used to secure wall plates to concret floors or driving nails into steel beams.Home depot has these will cost about 25-30 bucks for the gun nails and shot and a 2.4

if i were you id erect some sort of free standing wooden structure to provide more insulation to the grow, and if anything ever goes wrong, theres no perma-permanent traces to be found. videoman has a thread with a great example of grow-housing..

While what FilthyFletch recommends, is the correct answer, it sounds to me that if you didnt know the answer, your most probably are not comfortable doing it. If that is the case, another solution might be to install an adjustable closet pole, and hang the light from the pole.
Peace
