So far I have made so many mistakes that I don't want to start this before asking

I built a 3'l x 4'w x 7'h grow closet in side a unair conditioned room

the ceiling is well insulated plus it has a drop ceiling through this dead space between the attached room ceiling and the drop ceiling is where I vent

next I don't know would it be better to cut a hole in the floor and get cool fresh air from under the floor in the summer or take fresh air from inside the room

If it were me I would wonder if I was bringing any little critters up with that fresh air from under the house. Do you have a way to filter it? Or is you space under the house enclosed and not a bug problem?

I was going to use a screen like the ones on the windows

Yea we got all that and ants snakes and other critters

I have three fans all 294 CFM

Also I have a Allen Bradley SLC 500 and HoneyWell tempature controllers

I was going to use these to turn on and off the fans based on need

I will defer to others who know more than I, but you may not want to have all of the fans hooked up to the thermostat. Keep one fan on to ensure that fresh air gets circulated.

pull air from under the home if it is cool enough, but not without some very decent filter modification.

Air from below may invite mold or mites which regular screens wont stop. If you have a drop and can get to the box on the house use a hold saw and a drill to make an hole out side then just put something like an outside dryer vent cover over the hole outside no one will know then duct to the room and bring fresh air in with the duct hidden in the drop ceiling

It's a fairly effective way to get the question totally ignored, if not the user added to ignore lists just to fix the screenwidth push nuisance.
