hey i have a box thats 1'10" deep, 3' wide, and 4' tall...i have a 6 inch fan 230cfm for exhaust...My temps are in the low 80's when the 400 hps light is on, but i was wondering if i should leave the fan running 24 hours a day or only when the lights are on too? im gonna get an oscillating fan for inside there also soon, same question about that..

most people say 24/7...but i got mine on timers for short breaks just bc im paranoid about fires. IM sure its no biggie though, i run my exhaust fan 24/7

exhaust the light and the box separately....light only while its running and box 24/7...
