I am trying to design my area for a scrog grow. this will be my first grow. I was wondering if the mother plant should be grown in a seperate area with differnt lighting. also what is the lighting schedual once the clone is put in.

Mother should go into another room and keep mother on 24/0 or 18/6 will suffice if budget is issue. KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!

check out some of the newbie section... for vegging and flowering. your mom and clones can veg with anywhere from 14 to 24 hours

I'm gonna use cfl's to keep my mother and clones up, then a 400w hps for flowering. Just use flouros for the mother, no need to drop $200 on lights for the mother chamber
