I was just strolling through lowes to get some ideas for future projects and I came across a discount bin with a 150w HPS light with built in ballast and reflector for $22 and a 70 watt HPS with built in ballast and reflector for 15 bucks, so get out to your local lowes and see if you too can find these.

The 150 watt one: Bronze High Pressure Sodium Mini Flood Light

The 70 watt one:

I rigged them on some telescoping tripods I found laying around, very nice for the price.
