Default Indoor Temp and Humidity Levels

Ok i just recently started flowering, so i put a dual:temp and humidity sensor, right at the mid-level of all my plants, under the light but shaded but leaves. I have a HV fan blowing on the lamp. Its been about a week (with the temp/sensor) and plants are healthy in size and colour (5 plants). The temps range from 71-74.4* and the humidity from 40-44rh (with light on) and 68-70* and the humidity levels of 39-40rh (light off). Wondering if these levels are the ideal temps and humidity levels?

A humidity and temperature gauge are essential in any growroom. Daytime conditions should be 70-80 degrees without co2, 80-90 degrees with co2 until the last two weeks when daytime temps should be kept between 70-80 and co2 can be reduced to adjust for the lower metabolism. Night temperatures should be kept above 60 degrees to prevent stress. It is preferrable during flowering to have a night temperature drop of 10-20 degrees to stimulate flowering hormones and reduce stem elongation.

I find that low humidity causes stress on plants. I recommend 50-60% humidity until the final 2 weeks of flowering. At this point, the humidity should be lowered as much as possible to encourage the plant to seal and protect itself with additional resin. (I am able to get the humidity to go as low as 31%) I have been able to frost things up considerably this way. The higher humidity levels prior to final ripening reduce salt levels within the plant tissue and encourage healthy, more lush growth.

Gotta little Rubbermaid grow going myself, add a little dish of water to up humidity some, for me i just put an ice pack in right infront of the intake blowing across it, and cooled temps from ambient 83 or so F to 77-78F, enough to be able to flow through the lighted area, and cool the room being outputted into, pretty powerful for to last for a good 6hrs.

Upped humidity from ~30% to 50%, as it melted, i just leave that dish in there that the bottles sit on with perspiration collected and let it add some humidity at night.....
