Hey whats up ive have a few question about growing i have 4 florecent tubes 2 OG clones and two seeds the set up is my closet the lights dont fit horizontal so they are vertical is that going to be a problem? i have the light on 18hr and 6 hr off how do i know when to flower? ive hAD THIS operation going sice 5/16 got the clones on 5/23

depends on your grow space area and how mature your plants are, I'd change to CFL if that's possible because a flo tube spec is through out the hole light meening if a 4 foot tube is about 500 lumes then you gotta figure that the lumes per inch will drop

see how stretched the plants are? that is the problem. they stretch out like that because they arent getting enough light. most of your light is being wasted by being feet away from the plants.

with floro's and CFL's the plants have to be almost touching the bulbs using lower watts... even with high wattage CFL's the bulbs are still only an inch or two from the plants.

at the rate you are going, you are going to have some really tall and whispy plants and be disappointed.

add more lights that fit your grow area.
