Default Growing so slow, and thin...(pics included)

Hi,

It's first time i try to grow marihuana. But it's not working. I have 400w son t agro light.

You can see my plant, and setup at attachments. This plant is 4 Weeks old. I dont know what is the problem. Please help me. My baby is dying.

temp? soil? air ventilation? pH of soil and water? or just could be a bad seed...lol

soil is standart plant soil. i didnt find high quality soil. temp is 27 C. seed is arjan strawberry haze. maybe i have to change soil. and add one more fan.

it can be about soil?
