Default Isolating a female

High all tokers, I have been growing from seed,under a metal halide light, I thought I should seperate my female from other plants,anyway I just put her under a 150watt cfm.My question is, will it matter going from a metal halide, to a floresence, which it should have been from the start.Trying to keep her for, well , you know. Her's some pics of her,my only girl so far. Hang in there. Cybro.!!

I meant, I grew them under H.P.S. lights. Sorry for the confusion,as Mr. Haney would say, I think I was stoned! I do think I will need more light power, for keeping a couple of females around.
