so i looked up L.E.D. lights and they seem rather to the point when it comes to the light spectrum i was thinkin bout getting the 5 back or blue and 5 back of red for my grow area

is there anyone who has or had experience with them that can tell me how it all worked out for them and if they think 5 lights for $190 is worth it or not
