The far light is an HPS 50w, and he closer one is a floro 40w. Hows this setup look? Anything i can do to make it better?

a friend of mines brother ordered the bulb, and assembled the balast and reflector himself. not sure where he got it though. How far away should these be away from the top f the plant? its between 1 1/2 - 2ft tall.

yeah ive been running a fan about 14 hours a day. I would run it 24/7 but i need to get a quieter fan first.

Far enough so that when you put your hand where the top of the plant is, you feel no discomfort whatsoever.

it feels warm between the plant and light, but no burn. thermometer reads 80* between the lights and plant.
