I was wondering if using co2 on my ladies while Veg state will make them happier .. or it is only efficient at Flowering state ?

For small grows Co2 is not necessary...only for closed off rooms with LOTS of plants.

The Co2 intake from a plant is more benefical during veging then flowering.

since co2 is necessary for lots of plants....should i use co2 on a crop of 15? or is it fine without co2?

you have to check the PPM in the room first b4 making that decision, I am bringing in 250 PPM at the moment so I need to add this amount in my grow room of 2000 PPM to 3000 PPM.
