Starter problem

I my plant have been under the light for about 16/8 for 4 days and two of them cant support their leave weight, what i mean is they they are bent over. i might post some pics but until then, got any advice>?

bury them right up to the first set of leaves .. that should help . they do that when the light is too far away ... move the light closer but not too close ... hold your hand just above the plant . if the light burns your hand it will burn the plant

A little fan will help them strengthen too,iv'e had floppies poor things.
