It's criminal the way they treat "criminals" here, lol. If you guys weren't killing the baby seals I'd already be up there enjoying the Vancouver vibe and saying the word aboot and misspelling words like colour and labour.

Sorry about your situation i live pretty close to you. You should think about getting a medical marijuana card, which is fairly easy to obtain as long as you have a documented medical history, with a legitimate need. Check out cannacare.com

Been to the joint before for delivery, the amount of time you do in this state dependes on your felony points. I don't see you doing more than a year in the joint, about 4 or 5 months in work release and a year of community placement (parole). My advice to you: You ride the beef your woman was completely oblivious to it, next don't ever trust anyone again and never let anyone know that you grow. Good luck you are in my prayers.

right on man . i got a good lawyer so im sure as long as he rides it out they will want to get my case over with and give me a plea bargain. kinda hard to say my girl had no idea when it was in her bathroom. but im takin all the fall for it. i have a prior felony for delivery and a couple misdeameanors. one time in superior court i saw a older hispanic chick who got caught growin 15 plants and she only got 30 days.
