prior felonies are always bad. do you know if there was evidence besides a tip to facilitate the warrant? i have read that it takes multiple pieces of evidence to secure a valid search warrant. investigate your state and local laws.

so where r we gona send the money or how r we going to help. im still out im going to court tomorrow but im not gona do that much time maybe less than a month i have a 466 on... but thats nothing. im gona be able to help you with 20 every 2 weeks. just let me know.. im too high to read all threads.. stay strong man. the time n jail is gona be hard but just think that when you get out your wife n kid r gona be wating for you, and in a few years you will have a good job n a peaceful home. good luck man. i hope you understand what i write... thanks man , yea i know the state cant hold me down forever, ill maybe do 0-6 months considering i just paid my lawyer everything in my bank (about 2k) .

Exactly! I as well got my hous raided by the DEA. They said they got a search warrant cause of "smell" There was no smell no, wasnt even budding. Anyway it was a tip off that made them think I had some kinda big operation going on, so they figured they could use smell. So my lawyer is looking into that shit hardcore man, if they don't have any other probable cause besides that tip, and smell that didnt exist , that you couldnt even smell inside the grow op!! Then he can prolly get it thrown out, Hopefully tho... You should check into that too man!!

they did stink but i had numerous air freshners in the house. the room was pretty much sealed with 2 sliding doors, a homemade carbon scrubber and a bathroom door with a towel underneath, on top of a bedroom door always with a towel slid underneath with a 500 dollar air purifier my dad loaned to me, windows sealed off with cardboard and foil tape. front door and back door was always closed and double locked. i would love to have them use smell as evidence for a search warrant. if this gets thrown out due to smell i swear to god ill come back 5 times as strong next time.

I got my front door kicked in on sunday night man ,
They left every light on in my house and did not take a thing !! ,
They even had a look at my plants ,
And did noy take a thing ,It has me paro as any thing now !!!!

some 1 that heard it all says they kicked it for 15 mins left and came back to kick it inn right Also ive two big mean looking friendly bull dogs that would of have been going crazy .
